This white tea cake is made from
Grade 1 Shoumei leaves harvested in 2015 in Panxi Town, Fuding, one of China’s
core white tea regions. Naturally aged and pressed into a 300g cake in 2021, it
offers mature yet clear flavors. Certified authentic with official
traceability.
Aromas of aged wood, dried dates,
and gentle herbs lead to a deep golden-amber liquor. The taste is smooth and
mellow, with low bitterness, soft sweetness, and a warm, lingering finish—ideal
for slow, mindful drinking.
Brewing: 5–8g per 100ml, 95–100°C; quick rinse, then steep 95°c water in
30 sec. Suitable for multiple infusions.
