Brewing Grade: Fill the teapot 5 grams (2 teaspoons) tea leaves for every 230ml of water. Steep tea leaves in hot water at 70°c for 30 sec. for the first and second brewing. Gradually increase steeping time and temperature for subsequent brewing.
