This 2019 White Peony is sourced from a core Fuding white tea region and was pressed into a tea cake in 2022 after natural aging. The tea retains White Peony signature floral and downy notes, while developing a smoother, more rounded character over time. The liquor is light gold to pale amber, with a clean, gently sweet taste and low bitterness.
