Rooibos is a broom-like member of the Fabaceae family of plants growing in Western Cape South Africa.

Brewing Guide: One teaspoon of Rooibos to a cup (250ml) of boiling water. Steep it for 5 mints. Suitable for multiple infusions. Serves well hot or cold.
