Honeybush tea is a South African herbal beverage made with the honeybush leaves. The leaves of this plant smell like honey, which is where this shrub gets its name from. Its caffeine free.

Health Benefit: Honeybush tea has major phenolic compounds, minerals and various vitamins. It protecting the immune system from oxidative stress, helps the body’s natural defenses against infections, influenza, heart disease, certain hormone-related cancers, chronic inflammatory diseases. Brewing Guide: Use 1-2 teaspoon for every 250ml of water. Steep it in hot water at 95’c for 2 mins. Suitable for multiple infusions.
