Mao Feng means “fur peak” in Chinese, it describes the shape and appearance of the processed tea leaves. This tea produced an ECO tea garden at an altitude 900m Yellow Mountain Anhui Province. It is one of the 10 best Chinese teas.  

Health Benefits: Rich in theanine and catechin, it can delay aging and remove free radicals. Polyphenols and their oxidation products in green tea are able to absorb poison of radioactive materials, and thus to help prevent cardiovascular diseases. It can prevent and treat radiation injury. Caffeine in tea can enhance the excitement process of cerebral cortex and plays role of refreshing.

Brewing Guide: 2 teaspoons for every 225ml of water. Steep it in 70°c hot water for 30 sec. Suitable for multiple infusions

Tip: use fresh spring water steep 30 - 40 mins for cold brewing
